profile photo won't upload (correct dimensions)
Hello. I am trying to upload an artist photo, with the 500 x 500 JPEG image dimensions required, but it is still not successful. I keep getting the "ERROR: Incorrect dimensions. Please check the requirements" message. Thanks for your help.

Make sure your image is in RGB format (not CMYK or Greyscale). And make sure its 72DPI.
