Beatport is aware of this, there are several problems with track order that are all related.
If you don’t see this fixed 2 weeks from now drop a line to jason@crates.co and we can share any update we have from Beatport, the fix needs to be on their end unfortunately.

Thanks for the kind words Ben! We’d love to integrate with Band Camp, but they don’t have an API for their music catalog.
(Crates is powered by Beatport’s API. If BandCamp adds an API for their catalog, then we can explore integration with them as well.)
An error occurred while saving the comment @wordenbe - There's still no API for BandCamp's music. They have an API, but it's for managing user's accounts - not browsing the music on their site.

An error occurred while saving the comment Thanks for the info, Manu. Can you provide a bit more info?
(1) On your studio machine, can you tell me if you're still receiving the message to confirm the privacy policy, even though you've accepted it already on the other computer?
(2) On your studio machine, are you *logged in* to the site when you're receiving this message each time?
(3) Are you able to update to a newer version of Safari on the studio machine to see if that resolves the problem?
Looking forward to hearing from you, and sorry for the inconvenience!
An error occurred while saving the comment Hi Manu! I just tested this in Safari myself and was able to accept the privacy policy myself using a test account.
What version of Safari are you using, is it on OSX or iOS, and are you still having trouble? Can you try again and report back?
If you accepted the privacy policy already in another browser, let me know what your username is and I can reset your acceptance so you can try again in Safari. :)

An error occurred while saving the comment > Also, one thing I've found is that those services are location specific - they often don't show accurate charts for different territories.
Beatport charts aren't territory specific: there is only a track and release chart for each genre and the homepage. This doesn't get broken down by country.
>The Retza remix of Melt is good example. I have screen grabs that it made to No.5 in Deep House releases, yet only showed at No.6 on all the chart sites.
This sounds more like an error with the chart sites to correctly cache Beatport on the day the track was at #5.
>Inside Proton would make it super easy to prepare feature requests and the like, but totally understand it's not super high priority.
I agree, and would love to keep track not only of charts but feature placement too. Definitely noted, and I'd be curious if other label managers vote on your feature request here. :)
Until then, bptoptracker.com is a great alternative!
An error occurred while saving the comment This is definitely something we're considering, but given the existence of 3 great services that do this already, I'm not sure how high of a priority this will be for us.
What would you be looking to have in SoundSystem that you can't already get on the existing services?

An error occurred while saving the comment Thanks for bringing this up, Veteze! When a track is removed from a Crate we grey out the row so it can be easily restored, if it was a mistake. Mark and I will chat about if this is possible to do in the carts as well. :)

Jay, have you tried using the hotkeys? You can quickly skip to the next track or previous track without needing to use a button. Click the ? at the top of Crates to see all the available hotkeys. Will that do the trick for you here? :)
An error occurred while saving the comment Good point re: "Load Track" - that's not super clear language. Making a note of it, thanks Emilio!

An error occurred while saving the comment @Darin, are you referring to the waveform preview?
FYI, check the hotkeys - there are ways to jump through the waveform without having to click. :) (View the hotkeys by clicking the "Help" icon in the right top corner.)

An error occurred while saving the comment We're limited by Beatport's API unfortunately and this feature isn't something they offer at the moment. It's something we'd love to see too, but there isn't an easy way to pull multiple charts from a collection of artists yet. Stay tuned though, hopefully Beatport will upgrade some things to make this possible in the future.

While you cannot share your shopping cart with someone, you can share a Crate.
Any Crate can be configured to be private or public (new Crates are Public by default.)
This means you can add tracks to a Crate and then share that Crate with friends. Make sense?
Crates has also been upgraded so you can co-manage a Crate together with other curators. So instead of just sharing a Crate with friends, you can collectively add tracks to the same Crate together! Go to the settings tab of a Crate to get invite links to share with friends. Give it a try?
Let me know what you think!

An error occurred while saving the comment Good idea, Che. We're actually waiting for Bit.ly to contact us re: another matter. Their API could probably handle this pretty well, but it would be a significant undertaking to build.
What I like about this is you could be given a URL to promote the release BEFORE it is out.... it could link to the label page at Beatport, for example, or a SoundCloud preview - and then managers could update it in SoundSystem without having to update all their promo materials.

An error occurred while saving the comment Ah! Sorry for completely misunderstanding the request. I totally understand now. :) Definitely something to consider and will be curious what other managers think once more of them start using this forum. I'll think about if there's an easy way to do this - could be helpful for when managers are given a link from their mastering engineer.
Right now we're working on upgrades to have multiple uploads per page at one time (a new upload tool) + a better way to re-order the tracklist.
An error occurred while saving the comment WAVs are already available for download on SoundSystem. Click the "+" on a track then click "WAV" in the bottom right corner. Give that a try?

An error occurred while saving the comment Very helpful Matt, thank you. What do you guys think would be the best way to approach the actual functionality-- to provide a link that playsbacks the mixes in your queue, back to back?

Update: Beatport is still working on fixing this. It may be a month or more, unfortunately.
