Add wavs to SoundSystem from HTTP link
Add wavs to SoundSystem from HTTP link
I keep all of my master wavs on my FTP, which is also then accessible via HTTP. Instead of having to download them to then re-upload them, it would be great if you could add wavs to SoundSystem from an HTTP link, or even link in to my FTP and transfer from there.

Ah! Sorry for completely misunderstanding the request. I totally understand now. :) Definitely something to consider and will be curious what other managers think once more of them start using this forum. I'll think about if there's an easy way to do this - could be helpful for when managers are given a link from their mastering engineer.
Right now we're working on upgrades to have multiple uploads per page at one time (a new upload tool) + a better way to re-order the tracklist.

No mate, I don't mean to download WAVs from Proton.
I think it would be good to be able to add (upload) WAVs to Proton from an HTTP link. For example, I have an HTTP link direct to my server. Soundsystem 'grabs' the WAV from the link. This means I don't need to download locally, then re-upload to Soundsystem.

WAVs are already available for download on SoundSystem. Click the "+" on a track then click "WAV" in the bottom right corner. Give that a try?
