Re-ship a release that doesn't appear on the New Beatport
1 of my label's back catalogue releases currently does not appear on New Beatport -- Can Proton re-ship this release just to New Beatport, so that it doesn't create a duplicate on Beatport Pro?

The new Beatport site uses a separate encoding/music library than Beatport Pro, so there is a chance a release may not have correctly been imported from Beatport Pro to the new Beatport.
The import process between Beatport Pro and the new Beatport is automatic & handled by Beatport, not distributors, so you’ll need to reach out to jacob@protonradio.com to investigate whenever this happens until we learn more.
