500×500! Sorry the site isn’t clear, we’re working on an upgrade for this in the future.

You can send us an email with the image and we'll take a look:
Make sure your image is JPG in RGB format and 72DPI.

Hi, I also get the error even though my pic is a 500x500 pix jpg.
