How publish track exclusively for streaming?
Based on the fact that streaming is oriented audience (not to DJs),
I think it necessary to publish a "streaming edit" version of the track for beatport.com.
With shortened the beginning and end of the track, because the listener is not interesting long Dj-intro and outro ...I want to publish a "streaming edit" only for beatport.com
and do not want these tracks version were in our catalog in the store pro.beatportI understand that I can remove the tracks and mixes in beatport.com settings and upload their own "streaming version" but I'd like to save the prospect of monetization.

Basically, some older versions of OSX have out of date invalid security certificates that need to be updated manually via the OSX keychain.

dropdown menus selection not possible in Safari
for some reason , you can't make a selection in Safari , tested in two machines , so for "genre " "type of release etc. i always must use another browser. which is annoying because i only need them for Soundsystem..

Hello! I can't upload an artist image in my artist profile! I always get message "ERROR: Incorrect dimensions. Please check the requirements". But where can I find the requirements? Any photo is wrong :(
1 voteUpload your image at 500×500 or larger — it needs to be a square. Make sure it’s RGB color format, too. :)

Performance Tab not reporting data when clicked

How many receives an artist / label behind one stream Spotify or iTunes. I understand that it will be approximate figure... but nevertheless?

I’m not sure I understand the question, sorry about that. You can view streams on Apple Music and Spotify by clicking the “Performance” tab for your label. The artists all have access to this statistic as well inside their “Account” area. :)

Are you asking about adding more genres to Beatport?
The genres we list on the site are the ones available on their store.
They’re in the process of adding some new genres this year, and they have their own UserVoice forum that you can post comments requesting these changes:

You’ll see “Genre Updates” are the most requested change. I suggest you add a comment there with the changes you’d like to see!

One of my releases does not available as pre order... it should out 9th January on beatport and as i understand it should be pre ordered 2nd January but i think its a holidays still so on next day 3rd jan... but nope )

Logging in to backstage
each time i try to login to proton backstage it takes me to a forum where it then says my password is incorrect. Trying to view royalties
1 voteHey Matt! Send me an email (jason@protonradio.com) and I’ll help you regain access to your account. It sounds like you’re signing in with a username that might not be connected to your artist account & royalties. (Sometimes users accidentally register more than 1 account on Proton.)
