  1. BUG: Prelisten waveforms don't match the audio anymore.

    waveforms displayed no longer match the audio played. Audio played is now a few seconds shorter than what waveform displays

  2. Access all Beatport's Charts through Crates?

    First up, adore Crates - phenomenal work, thank u folks.

    Is there scope to enable users to add any & all of Beatport's Charts?

    Unless I am missing something, it's currently only possible to add any of their 50 most recent Charts by searching Crates for "Beatport" as an Artist, then selecting from the 50 most recent Charts listed in Crates' left-hand column (these seem to be populated by Beatport's "Featured" tab when you search on Beatport for Beatport as an artist https://www.beatport.com/artist/beatport/45).

    If there's an easier way that already exists, would love to know what I'm missing. Cheers!

  3. Bug: All Crates are Ticked

    When clicking on the crate icon on the upper left side, just below the cover art to the right of the track price, all crates are already checked and there's no way to deselect any of them.

    I mostly use Crates on my Moto G24 running Android v. 14.

  4. Be able to sort Artists in My Beatport by Latest Release

    I really like the ability to sort by Latest Release when going through labels in My Beatport, but I would really like it if it were possible to do this for the Artists as well.

  5. "Shift + Return" to add to Hold Bin instead of Cart

    Title says it all - would be a great shortcut to put tracks on the hold list.

  6. Make table rows selectable to support bulk crate management actions

    When adding tracks to a crate or editing the tracks already in a crate, users must manually select the chosen action on each individual row. This makes it impossible to manage multiple tracks at once and overall slows down the process of crate customization.

    One example use case where this is helpful is with Spotify playlists. The ability to select multiple rows, or every row, and add all of those tracks to a new crate at the same time would drastically speed up the crate management process for users.

  7. Drag and drop reordering of sidebar items

    When a user adds a crate, genre, or Spotify playlist, it is always added to the bottom of the list for its particular section. For users with a small amount of items in these sections it might be fine, but users with many crates or playlists may want to order them based on current priority, to create groupings, or simply for ease of access.

    This feature would allow users to organize their items in a way that helps them most, overall creating a more personalized experience.

  8. Spotify Playlist Extended Search

    It would be really handy if the Spotify playlist integration also recommended other versions of the tracks, since when creating a Spotify playlist, Spotify mainly recommends radio edits, but for DJing I'd always want to buy the extended mixes.

  9. View only crate sharing

    would be great if I could share my crates with others without them being able to edit the crates, maybe as an option when creating a new share link?

  11. Re-ordering of table contents

    Allow reorder by release date or allow quick skip to the very last page of the label or artist (much like the beatport website)

    Personally I always check the oldest first and work forward, it is very time consuming to click next on a label with 50 pages.

  12. Allowing a re-click of "Dig Deeper" that populates new tracks

    After using crates for a while, most are tracks that I 'Dig Deeper' into provide results that I have already listened to on Crates, often 90-100% of them. I love this feature and would like to be able to click the button again to feed new results.

  13. Spotify playlist features

    I have 2 ideas that would make the already great Spotify integration more useful.

    1. Allow us to delete tracks from a Spotify playlist. I have a "to buy" playlist in Spotify so as I move tracks to my cart I'd like to remove them from that playlist without having to go back to Spotify.

    2. For tracks that aren't found in Beatport, have a link to the artist in Beatport instead of to Spotify, or a quick way to do a search for the title & artist. I have to manually search for those tracks and usually the track exists but…

  14. Sortable crates, different currencies, full length Spotify search

    First up, love the site! Used it for years, only found it when the Beatport Pro software was discontinued and it completely filled the gap!

    I couldn't respond to the other request post about sorting features. I understand that it doesn't make sense for the new releases feed (unless you were to restrict the search to a week/month), but in the crates it would be pretty handy. I'd like to be able to sort by track name, release date, artist, label, and BPM
    It's useful for grouping, but also when you're whittling down a large selection of tunes it's nice…

  15. Command+click should open a new tab

    Command+click (on Mac) currently navigates in the same browser tab. It would be convenient for this to open a new tab, instead of having to "right click" and explicitly "Open in New Window".

  17. Add 'Hide Already Listened' check box outside of Inbox e.g. Top 100, Hype Top 100 etc.

    Thanks so much for implementing 'Hide Already Listened' in the Inbox feature:-)

    I would really like to see this available more generally - for example when looking at genre 'Top 100' or 'Hype Top 100' lists it would speed things up a lot if previously listened tracks could be hidden.

    Result Window Is Too Large after 200 pages. When going through genre crates if you try to go past page 200 I get a "result window is too large" error

  20. Mute specific releases under a label you still wish to see releases from

    I see that we can mute labels and such... problem is I don't want to mute a label and then miss releases from them later when I forget to unmute them. For example... There are labels I love which I collect a lot of releases from and then at the end of the year (or beginning of the next year) I am inundated with "best of" releases with like 100 tracks. Would it be possible to hover over a specific release and mute that release only (not the label entirely). Or even a way to mark all tracks in that…

    Thanks for the feedback and glad you like Crates!


    If you're trying to ignore those pesky re-released tracks, just turn on "HIDE RERELEASES + MUTED TRACKS" -- this way you can follow labels like normal, and anytime they re-release tracks you just won't see them.


    But maybe we're misunderstanding your request. :)
