  2. Feature: populate shopping cart with tracks from CSV file (and/or spotify)

    I'm trying to get hard copies of 2000+ tracks from my spotify playlists, and searching for every track individually is proving extremely time-consuming. I'm currently trying to automate the search-and-add-to-cart workflow with UI automation like selenium, but it is error-prone and very fragile. It would be amazing if Crates.co could turn a CSV file into a populated shopping cart, by (A) searching for the track described in row X, (B) finding the best match for the given title/artist/duration, (C) add the track to my beatport shopping cart, and (D) provide a list of the tracks that couldn't be found or…

  3. Sharing crates link is broken

    This feature used to work but now I cannot seem to get a link to share/collaborate a crate with friends.

  5. Cart menu is obscured by bottom of browser window

    In Firefox on mac, when choosing which cart to add a track to, it has a little popup window with a list of the carts, and a sidebar to scroll down the list of carts, however when I'm adding tracks from near the bottom of the list, to a cart near the bottom of the list, I can't get the cart to show up.
    The cart menu is partially obscured by bottom of browser window.

  7. Genre Filter

    Ability to filter by genres (to see as many as all, as little as one genre at a time), via checkbox toggle or other similar method of changing selection.

  8. Genre on collection view

    When viewing a crate, perhaps I'm missing it, but It would be handy to add a genre column to the colleciton list. If possible, linking this to the genre pages on beatport in case I wanted to view other recent artists of that genre on the beatport site

    Hi Sean! We don’t currently have a genre column on Crates or a way to browse by genre. This is something we’ll definitely explore adding in the future, but it’s not a top priority at the moment.

    Genres are a bit messy on Beatport and we made a conscious decision to exclude them from Crates. I agree it’s a useful way to find new music, though, and we’ll see what we can do about supporting them in the near future.

  9. Additional filters like type (Release/Album/mix) etc.

    It would be great if you could implement the missing filter possiblities which you can select on the top of "My Beatport".

    e.g. sometimes I only want to search for new albums, the other day only for EP's.

  12. Youtube playlist made of your Cart/Hold Bin

    It would be great to automatically search for full-length preview for the next track instead of pressing each time "F".

    Probably it can be a separate playlist on Youtube.

  13. Add filtering & sorting inside your "Hold Bin" & "Cart".

    Now it is available only in "My Beatport" which is good but when there are hundreds of tracks inside your Hold Bin...well that would be great to filter them as well.

  14. How does Crates make money?

    I'd like to know how Crates makes money, since there doesn't seem to be any subscription or license available. Is it free forever? If so, why? How is it funded? How is the data used?

  16. Show My Dowloads as a Crate

    I often return to my downloads in beatport to see what charts they have been included on since I purchased a new track. It would be great to be able to do this in Crates, as well as to be able 'dig deeper' a few weeks/months on.

    Are purchased tracks / my downloads available via the API?

  17. Integrate with other DJ download APIs such as Juno and any others that exist

    How awesome would this be? If we could browse all of the various websites... AT THE SAME TIME.?! No? Huh? Seriously! I can help with this if you like.

  18. Arrow Keys Take You To Previous/Next Page At Top/Bottom of List

    This would be a minor improvement to the UI, so that you don't have to mouse to the previous/next buttons.

  19. Add a search to find collaborations between artists

    For example I'd like to be able to search on Royskopp and then add a second filter of Robyn so that I can see all tracks that they've done together. I believe the old Beatport had that ability to do this. I haven't ever used the new Beatport so I'm not sure if it does this or not. But it's something I find myself wanting frequently. THANKS!

  20. Can we add UNDO for when removing a cart item?

    I swear this existed before? Maybe it just isn't working for me right now? When I delete an item from a custom cart it's just gone. Into the ether. This is the desired effect except I accidentally clicked the wrong delete and now I don't know what I lost. Doh! It would be nice if it could bring up a little notice saying "[Track Name] Deleted! Undo?" and a if you click it then it brings it back.
